Nancy Swan came to BURKE searching for a creative marketing plan for her vegan cashew cheese company, Baby Clare Foods. BURKE stepped in with the responsibilities of the new company name change, the product name, responsive website, and product packaging.
Today, Baby Clare Foods is officially called, ModHip Foods, and the cheese substitute is officially called Juba Whip. The website and packaging creative will follow later in the spring of 2016.
Juba Whip, the tasty cashew cheese, can be used in place of ricotta cheese in lasagna, and as a filling in enchiladas to replace a chicken and cheese mixture. Its versatility also allows for it to be blended with fruit preserves to use in place of flavored cream cheese to put on toast or a bagel, and can be combined with various spices to use as a dip or cracker spread.
Nancy Swan stated, “ModHip Foods’ message is to promote good health and good taste. I want to show my product at shows/expos, and eventually have it be available in stores. Way down the road, I would like to set up a way to give back by helping people who live in food deserts to grow produce.”
She continued by saying, “I am so grateful for BURKE’s help so far with the creative process. They have pointed my company in the right direction and I cannot wait to see the website and packaging!”
