APA Paris – Facilitator of abroad experiences for college students wishing to study in French speaking countries.
The APA Paris website featured a variety of information specific to certain categories of visitors. Therefore, our client needed to reorganize their content so that each visitor could easily find the information they needed. The previous navigation on the site was not intuitive and didn’t optimize application submissions. In addition, the site needed an aesthetic makeover with a modernized visual feel to appeal to the Ivy League and renowned liberal arts universities our client frequently aimed to attract.
BURKE redesigned the APA Paris site with the dual goal of prioritizing user-friendly navigation and streamlining the online application process. The informative content on the site was separated into three easy to locate categories accessible from the homepage – students, advisors and parents. A link to the online application submission form was added and made visible at the top the site no matter where the user navigated. Lastly, the visual aesthetic of the site was updated. The resulting style, featuring photo heavy visuals and simple color patterns, created a look that was professional, modern and fun.
