Last month BURKE Communications, a full-service advertising agency experienced in branding and internet marketing, debuted Coleman Lew + Associates’ new website and brand. The rebranding included a new logo and collateral including brochures, folders, and stationary.
“Maintaining a fresh and up-to-date image is vital in the longevity of a company’s success and visibility” says Jack Burke, President and CEO of BURKE. “So many companies forget the importance of brand maintenance. Making a few content updates to a website isn’t enough maintenance for a company to stay relevant if it doesn’t revitalize its brand’s image.”
In designing the re-brand for Coleman Lew, BURKE’s logo design features a large white executive chair in a sea of red, reflecting the company’s philosophy that every open chair is an opportunity. “We take seriously our mission to provide quality services to our clients by assisting them in identifying, recruiting, evaluating, and developing superior leaders. We are better able to communicate this mission with our new brand,” said Ken Carrick, President of Coleman Lew.
The chair represents not only future opportunities, but is also a symbol of growth and development. Coleman Lew + Associates advises its clients on adapting to changing leadership needs. This rebranding is an example of that philosophy.
The new website, www.colemanlew.com, features sections describing Coleman Lew’s search process, a portfolio of current and past searches, and the bios of the professional search and leadership development consulting team. “They have a very strong team providing services to our clients. You can see who sits in our chairs,” said Carrick.
