Anthony & Sylvan approached BURKE looking to close out high priority customers before the end of 2018. BURKE was challenged to build a holiday themed, integrated campaign that was focused on converting referral leads into sales.
BURKE developed a referral campaign that targeted various audiences with specific messaging and creative. The referral campaign consisted of five email blasts and two direct mailers that were developed and deployed to five separate audience groups. The messaging offered 2018 quote pricing rather than the increased 2019 pricing for leads that purchased their pool before the end of 2018. In addition, incentives specific to each target audience were offered including an additional $1,000 off pool construction, a $25 Visa gift card, or a Yeti cooler.
